I don't smoke them any more but I always removed the labels when I did. It demonstrates a distinct lack of class to smoke cigars with the labels on.

Labels were put on cigars to stop the tobacco staining white gloves!

I tend to take them off, and never smoke down more than half of the cigar - to do so would mark you down as someone who should be on L&B rather than Cohiba wink

Lighting with £50 notes has become a little cliche now. I use deeds to small houses now wink

I was robbed of my cigar smoking this year. I dont smoke in the house, so warm summer evenings are my cigar time - but we didnt have any frown

IIR, you smoke it foe a short while and the heat melts the glue of the label. It then comes off easily. When it is loose, then is the right time to remove it.

Actually prefer mine on a cold evening. Outdoors, wrapped up well, single malt to accompany. cloud9

I tend to leave the labels on mine and only ever smoke 1/2 to 2/3 of the cigar.
