Reasonably ok if you like a wide selection of stuff but its quite hard to get the latest things as soon as they come out in my experience.

Reminds me I must phone them and tell them I have cancelled my debit card.

As above tricky to get new releases, but thats going to happen everywhere really, even your local bkbuster.
Other than that top service.

I like the approach, down side is you dont get what you want when you want, you get what you want when they send it, but turn round is fast in my experience. been with them two years now

Ditto, I have tried them all (literally) and they are really good.

I had two problems which I raised to managerial level and then they dealt with them in a timely and professional manner. One of the last bastions of customer service if you can remember that phrase.

I used Tesco which is Love film based and found them absolutly hopeless. Now with Blockbuster which is far better.

RAFELF99 - 30 days trial rather than the standard 14.

Been with them a few months, well worth it but like the others it can be a bit tricky getting new releases. Pretty decent service, had no problem getting a lost in post disk replaced in <2 days.

!!!!Use easyDVD not lovefilm!!!! It's the same company so the service and titles are the same but with different contract styles. Lovefilm is a monthly contract, so if you have the DVD on your coffee table for a week at a time it's costing you more. Which means you need to watch the films and send them back as quickly as you can. EasyDVD is a per disk scheme, you pay ~£2 a DVD, so if you have the film for a week or so it will not cost any more. thumbup

Lovefilm is the same.

We get two at a time, two come, one is a game the other a film, I play the game, I can send the film back and keep getting a new one every couple of days whilst keeping the game.

And you can also have as many as you like for your monthly sub, if I paid 2 quid per disc I would be spending twice as much as I do on my love film sub.

Been with them about a year now, definitely rate them.

We joined for all the films we'd ever missed / been recommended and not seen, so aren't so bothered about the newer releases.

Plenty of films we haven't seen that come in between the new releases (Casino Royale arrived earlier this week on Blu Ray which was rather timely) that we don't mind the delay.

If anyone wants a free 30 day trial, email me as I can give you one as a referral.
