ITV CatchUp (on all those adverts you love watching)...

Anyone else find this piece of horses
t about as much use as a chocolate teapot?
I watched the F1 this morning and recorded it for my brother to watch later, for one reason or another it didn't record - not to worry I think, we can stick on ITV's CatchUp through the TV and watch it.
First problem encountered was the fact that they decided to stick the winner drinking champagne as the background whilst it buffered - very clever, kind of gives the game away don't you think ITV?
Soldiered on despite the fact that they'd ruined the next 2-3 hours, went through the usual multitude of adverts, bit of build up, more adverts, well just three but all shown twice just for good measure, bit more build up, more adverts, more adverts - it just keeps getting stuck in a loop of adverts. Great. Highlights on ITV later on it is.
BBC's iplayer and C4's 4OD work every time, no worries. How have ITV managed to make something that should be so simple so infuriatingly awful.
Roll on next year when the BBC get the F1 back.
