Not X-Rays, thats cheating.

Whilst at uni I thought it would be clever to walk along a series of concrete planks over some pipes. Fell between them and the sharp corner of of a reinforced concrete block neatly cut a five pence sized "porthole" in my shin. You could move the skin around the hole but the shiny white bit at the bottom stayed quite still....
Didn't bleed much and was quite amusing until I started fainting.

I always thought it was quite hard to actually get to see bone from a cut unless said limb is nearly hanging off - was always told that the "shiny white" bit you actually see is usually muscle/tendon/ligament of some sort!

Maybe I was just told that to calm me down!

Yeah, and tendons an arteries. A couple of times now actually. Quite freaky.

It's murder when you're trying to find somone to help you bandage the damage up but they're so squemish they're absolutely useless!!

Oh yeah, and then having to drive yourself to hospital with a 5" gash across your wrist and heel of your thumb!. rolleyes

I came off my motorbike on a rare day I wasn't wearing leathers. Ground my knee and elbow down to the bone. It smarted a bit.

Am assuming you were asking me - it was my knee from when I fell onto broken glass and had huge bits sticking out of my knee and extremely deep gash.

I sliced a chunk off the side of my finger - no blood but I could see the muscles and tendons sliding over the bones as I moved my finger. smile

I can't imagine a scenario where that doesn't hurt like hell. How did you get to see your spine?

I watched while the surgeon peeled my finger open to stick a surgical pin in then glue it all back together. I've also seen the inside of my cock and the inside of my throat during (seperate) endoscopies.
