.... because Muslims are a religious minority in Britain and also often from ethnic minorities, their faith should be given different coverage to that of more established groups.
Prick.

I am sick to death of this.

Yeah lets pander to the imaginary friend muppets! Especially the onese who seem a bit more vocal than others....

Why religion of any sort is broadcast on a publically funded TV corporation concerns me.

We should have no programs on religion to keep everyone happy.

Not surprising. The BBC are in bed with political correctness.

I would not give a st what his opinion was IF I didn't fund it each year.

I resent that my hard-earned wages pays for this guy to have a platform on which he can spout this crap.

That's the answer. Won't happen though, if you have an imaginary friend that happens to be part of an organised religion your feelings and opinions appear to have greater importance. If there's ever a debate about some ethical quandary they always have member of the church present, which baffles me somewhat.

Maybe my social circles are limited, maybe I live in the real-word, but the majority of people I know aren't religious.

Maybe you are right about your social circles.

Maybe the proof is in the pudding as it were, how many people watch religious programs such as the christian ones that come on on sundays (songs of praise i think?) - there is obviousl a demand for it as there are plenty of private religiosu channels

That's good coffee, but I prefer Illy. Most of my mates prefer Illy, but one or two prefer that slightly agressive kick they get from Lavazza.

Each to their own I say. They've chosen Lavazza and I respect that. I don't agree with them, but I wouldn't plant a bomb under their car because of it. Obviously the rest of discuss them, behind their backs, as we don't want to make them feel awkward. At no time did anyone suggest that they be kicked out of our group for prefering a minority coffee.

Coffee. There's good and bad in all brands. Tolerate it.

No way. Treat people with imaginary friends like lepers and vegetarians!
