Which electricity supplier?

Like many others I'm thoroughly pissed off with British Gas. Their customer service is appalling.

Can anyone recommend an alternative electricity supplier (we have no gas), or are all utility companies complete shite

From a customer service point of view EDF are good, all UK call centres and freephone numbers. Not too sure how good their prices are though.

Having visited uswitch website, I've opted for Scottish Power. Their customer satisfaction ratings were marginally better than EDF, and I begrudge giving money to the French.

eon, everytime you switch on a lightbulb, a polar bear gets saved from being stuck on a glacier, looks a bit like the logo for fox's mints.

I kid, I'd rather throw my money away.
