I am therefore having a brown baguette filled with Tuna and Tomato and a bag of celery / cucumber / carrot sticks and a glass of water.

No wine to look forward to tonight either.

Audits going on, so my usual Monday lunch session at The Mercer (nice local restaurant with decent English menu) is off

Sushi, from Pret, has been ordered. Bleugh.

Audits may lead to lessened fatness, though, which could be a decent side effect.

I wish, struggling to keep the lucozade and pills down, so would be no good on alcohol today. Felt fine last night till abut 5am, then spent the rest of the time puking.
