To Grand Cayman for a fortnight in April for Mrs S, Mstr S & myself. Even though it is ages away, I can't bloody wait. We went there for a week during our honeymoon & vowed to go back at some point, so bks to it - we're off.

All this global financial meltdown media storm has pissed me right off & I figure that if I blow everything on Pina Colada, it will be a much more pleasant way of becoming pennyless than my bank going pop.

Good on you, make yourself happy

I'm having the car remapped tomorrow as a little pressie to myself.

If the rest of the world wants to live under a cloud, I'll find the sunshine on the other side.

eta Pop over to Cayman Brac, chill out on another level!

Don't forget your suncream an some form of Samsonite 'pervert' bag (leather bum-bag or shoulder satchel will suffice!) for your travellers' cheques!

Have a blast, good to see happy news..

We me and a few others are about to spend 10 days driving around Europe and it's going to get expensive and messy!

Screw it though hey, it's only money.

Gone wink

Preceed version. I posted a topic under a different username, looking for some job advice. Unfortunately, just changing my username didn't quite achieve the anonymity I was looking for. Within about 8 seconds, a couple of fine gentlemen took it upon themselves to rip the piss remorselessly, which then carried on for about 5 pages.

It actually wasn't that funny.

Turtle Nest Inn in Bodden Town. Fancied staying away from 7MB, which is a little too "kiss me quick" for me.

Yep, totally agree - we normally end up in Kaibo/Rum Point, which is fecking miles from George Town but very very quiet. Make sure you get to the Wharf on Friday for Happy Hour, absolutely brilliant....

Oops.

I've just re-read the schedule and we fly out on the 3rd April.

But yeah, I'll have a beer with you (in spirit wink )
