I know, I know. If I don't want to read the threads I can just ignore them but looking on here recently it seems to me there are almost enough money/finance/trading threads to warrant a forum of their own while the rest of us who don't understand them don't care can get on with the important topics like ripping into lazy posters, caption competitions and googling nostalgic toys and sweets while not clogging things up with daft questions.

Seeing as most of the contributors to those threads are were wealthy City types PH could charge them an entry fee. Win/win!

I know there's the business forum but for some reason people still post here.

THis was asked a couple of days ago. Garlick nixed it, and this topic should prbably be moved to website feedback......

Better financial topics than the "Can't wipe arse without help of parents" or "cor this bird is fit and I would love to do her but in reality I live at home with my mum".

Damn. Search function fails me again. Off to start a new thread titled 'Should PH have a decent search engine?' although I may already have done that grumpy

Current affairs are always relevant. I enjoy finding threads in here, and would miss the posts if they were all hidden away in other forum *areas. I vote to keep them here.

edit: *Areas that I would never venture into, to read.

There's just a proliferation of these types opf threads obviously at the moment - in six months when everything has cooled a bit and a two-bed in Wembley is more affordable - we'll be back to having loads of threads on things other than finance ...

I don't mind them - but it's the same people spouting the same stuff in thread after thread.

If we are to have a Finance forum I see it as only fair that we have a Tight Fit forum

Forget the Finance Forum, you just want a forum called Doom n' Gloom, and hopefully all the negative posters can make some friends together or preferably kill one another hehe

I doubt it, they just can't help themselves. As of this moment 30% of the threads on page one of P&P are city/finance related. What happened to the fun that used to be P&P?
