I acctually find it slightly scary what people kind find out about you via looking you up on google. I had a client tell me he read a thread on here which I had posted in, so I just thought I'd look what else came up luckily nothing too horrendous (facebook, linkedin, news articles etc) but anybody else care to share what appears for you?

Stupid mistake to ever give your real name on forums IMO, or elicit any type of contentious views that could be linked to you.

If I google "(my name) and (partner's name)" it comes up with 1 result-my business web site...!
Kinda obvious really.
Just putting my name in brings up some cat artist confused

Luckily for me a US senator has the same name as me so you get bored of looking at all the gump about him before you find anything on me apart from linkedin and facebook.

Apparently I'm a professor at a local University. It's good to know that, if the recession bites, I can always commit a bit of identity theft smile

I can't find a single thing relating to me on Google. Don't know whether to be happy or sad about that.

Oh yeah.

Nice pic on your LinkedIn page - very attractive!

Shame that it's possible for you to find out absolutely everything about me in about the same time, including all my contact details and those of my wife frown

Lots of results for my name though my surname isn't that common.

Evidently I'm getting married to a Sarah Morris in 76 days!

on the downside googling my name reveals i am paralysed from the waist down.

on the upside i am an olympic athtlete, a 'sir' and recipient of an MBE, and a comic book artist.

gives me something with which to pad out my multiple personalities
