Easy. Baynard House on Queen Victoria Street. £3 per hour & always guaranteed a space. 2 minute walk to St Pauls

I park in the underground in Limeburner Lane, usually a space there when I turn up around 10:30-11:00. Baynard House is too low for my Range Rover.
