Advice wording a legal letter.

Quick one I hope, I have been asked to send a letter to a solicitor that is proposing we accept 50% liabilty of a claim that was non fault. This would have an effect on our no claims bonus.

Without going into details the other party admitted liabilty at the scene and gave a statemnt to this effect to the police.

What should I say as at the minute my only thoughts are fk off and see you in court.
