As the Labour Party conference gets underway, J K Rowling has donated £1m.

Will Harry Potter get a K or a P?

Will voters suddenly think Brown has a clue?

Turbulent times ahead in Manchester?

Oh dear.

Well. At least there's not the slightest chance that it will make any difference.

Roll on 2010.

Hogwarts as a school of radical socialism...Harry Potter with a Union card...

Still, fantasy fiction remains more credible than Gordon Clown.

One question

Asides from the obvious honors she is going to get. WHY THE HELL would you do something so utterly mind numbingly stupid are these folk so out of touch with the real world that they think that this is a good idea. Does she actually think that brown is doing the country good, does she really think that labour are helping the country

£1m from Rowling to support the Labour party. Lets be honest, its going to take more than £1m to save them now.... try at least 1000 times that amount....

Still, given that J K Rowling has money coming out of here ears (estimated to be greater than £500m), this is merely a drop in the ocean. In fact, I doubt that she would even notice. Significant? No. Large amount? Hardly. Saving the Labour party from ultimate doom? Guess again.

And she appears to have a particularly malignant and aggressive edge to her moralising, po-faced political stance.

Her books have all been poorly written. I think most literary types agree.
So that's the standard 'first punch' thrown at the ugly donkey. I hope it got her right in the gash.

Granted, she apparently got a lot of people reading again. So that's one swing of her gnarled and warty fist that I have to take on the chin. Fair enough.

But this little ripple of sense appears to have done nothing to hold back the tsunami of brats who txt spk and type by holding their fat hands down onto the keyboard randomly, as seen on Bebo or comments on youtube. So that's a convincing reply from me. A bit like catching her on her Amir Khan chin and watching her teeter like a dancing toy flower.

Now I go for the final slow-mo blows, declaring 'This One's for Appollo, bh!' as they find their hideous targets. Her grotesque apparition of a face is contorted even more with each impact, with drops of lentil and tofu-flavoured lesbian spit flying from her cacaphonous piehole in a dramatic sporty spray.

Declaring Dumbledore as gay. What The Holy Mother Why?
Seems like such a badly crowbarred-in personal little right-on touch that she may as well have added in that Hermione prefers Pantene and has started to use Lil-lets for Muggles with Heavy Flow.

And now giving a million to labour because Cameron wants people to gain an idea of the simple tokenistic stability of marriage.

She ahs gone down. She ain't never gettin' up.

WHAT'S MY NAME, bh?

Just heard about one of El Gordo's key plans to save his ass, a policy of epic proportions, to match the epic role he played in bringing the coumtry to its knees, and announced at Conference for maximum effect.

He's going to give away 1 million free laptops to depraved kids. No that should be deprived kids.

A spokesman for Stella commented that they'd be getting production up to required levels in time for parents to spend the sales income.

Why not give 1 Million pounds to a better cause?
