pub lunch

been to ze pub for lunch. ok, a liquid lunch, 4 pints of dublin's finest.

full of cold, medicated to the eyeballs.

can't concentrate, can't really focus, got a meeting in half an hour. also need to chat to the boss about my appraisal and payrise before he jets off for a fortnight.

going to be a fun afternoon!

What do you mean "almost"? Weekend begins at midday.

technically it begins at 4pm for me, but it is an unwritten rule that noone requests our dept. do any work after midday as it will be the shoddiest thing you've ever seen.

I went to the pub for lunch on Wednesday, it lasted a while and I'm still not quite over it. There was Stella, champagne and sambuca.

Oh, and apparently I got barred from one of the pubs.
