The current melt down is due to greedy capitalists who only care about the ££££/$$$$ and NOTHING else. The tax payer gets to pick up the bill for their greed and mistakes

This spells the end of capitalism as we know it! the act of a bank getting itself so fked up that it needs rescuing is capitalism, the act of rescue is socialism. Thank god we're slowly coming back to socialism in the interest of the majority and turning away from capitalism in the interest of the greedy few

Actually, the Fed bails out as a last resort. The interest rate charged is especially high for this service. Therefore, once paid back, the governmemt (which equates to the taxpayer), comes out ahead money-wise. That my Leninist friend IS capitalism. wink
Now, light a clove ciggi, don a beret, and go read poetry aloud in the nearest coffee shop.

Capitalism just as much every little shop keeper and locksmith as the big banks and socalism isn't all chav's on benefits - just as much a small minded view as the former.

That's actually the funniest thing I've read all day.
