Sitting in a hospital bed wit a broken arm and ribs, raving nutter in the bed nxt door, trying to bang this out on a tiny touch pad on a stty dial up connection for the second time having deleted it once already.

Ive been waiting all day to get discharged but they neer got round to it,meanwhile theresprobably some poor sod stuck in a corridor downstairs who would kill for this bed

Ijust took some sennakot to give me something to do in the morning and am going to try for some morphine later to get some enjoyment out of this evening.

Utter pants!

You do realise you can call a taxi and walk out, don't you? (unless you've been sectioned)

Not a good idea if liability is in question.

ETA: Hope you make a quick and full recovery. smile

sorry for the delay in replying, am on a PatientLine terminal and its frustrating enough to make my arm ache.

Broke my humerous falling off my pushbike.

Cant self discharge as I need some prescription drugs,

The loon next door who is on O2 for pnumonia just sparked up a fag nd theres a creepy male night shift who looks the sort who would lick your face as you slept.

Well I hope by the time you read this you are home.

If not may I suggest you call over the Male attendant and tell him that the loony in the bed next to you thinks he is handsome.

I also suggest "more wheels" on your next venture out onto the lanes of Essex.

GWS.

I can see why its not humourous to break your Humerus. Great opportunity to persuade someone else to administer hand relief though wink

Sounds like you're in Queen Mary's in Sidcup. That was a proper medievil hellhole.
