Sometimes you get those weird little coincidences... I ordered a new gen iPod iTouch, and was expecting it on the 18th, (according to the email from apple). So I figured with it being the 16th I'd have a look at the tracking and see where in the world it was, (it could be having a nice time on a beach somewhere, or visiting some relatives in Peru for all I knew). Anyhoohow, opened up my tracking thing with fedEx, and it says on truck for delivery, and at that precise moment, the fedex truck pulls in, and knock at my door. How weird was that to have it all happen in that particular minute.. Weird... Anymore for anymore?

(By the way, it's friggin cool!:P)

I had a similar coincidence a couple of months ago. I'd ordered an oil pressure gauge pipeline from speedograph richfield, After waiting just over a week i phoned them up to see where it was, whilst on the phone to them, the postman knocked on the door with it in his hand!

Yesterday I ordered an alternator from tvrparts.com who said it would arrive today. It did.

I fancied a cup of tea and you'll never guess what I did next?

Not as good as everyone elses, but me and my housemate fell out recently so we both moved out and found our own flats.

Only realised yesterday that he has moved into one directly across the car park from me.....

My parents were both married on the same day, and even in the same church.

Spooky.

In France this year TomTom sent me down a road that petered out. As I was turning around I realised the Sweet was on the ipod singing the lyric "Tom Tom turn around, I'll never let you down"

Bonkers.

I was listening to a Verve CD in the car and decided to stop it and play the radio instead. Guess what was on ?

Wrong, it was a totally different song to the one I'd been listening to.

So, you're wondering why I posted. Well, simply, I got bored of the radio and put the CD back on and to my astonishment, the same Verve track was playing AND it started exactly where it finished.

fking way out man.

I had something very similar in July. I tried to order a new iPhone 3G for the OH, but the website kept crashing on me and - seemingly - the order never went through.

Fast forward to release day (11th July iirc) and I just happened to be checking my online accounts when I noticed that there was a 'completed order'. Had a peek and the computer showed that an iPhone 3G had been despatched for delivery that day. Clicked the link for online tracking and it showed the item was out for delivery. As the realisation settled that her iPhone was actually on its way, the doorbell rang and the box was handed to me.

There had been no confirmation of the pending delivery at any point, via text, email or telephone. Time between me knowing about the successful iPhone order, and the actual delivery of said phone, was less than five minutes. The missus was very pleased indeed on returning home that evening to find her new toy.

In addition, on the topic of coincidence, as I typed the word 'iPhone' a minute ago, an advert for that very model came on the telly!
