Freestanding Sky dish

[john_p]

I need to get a freestanding Sky dish, our the communal system has failed again and none of my neighbours seem to care.

As I have a patio with a clear view SE I'm just going to stick one on there.

Some of the travelling kits around are £100+, a bit excessive as it doesn't need to be foldable/easily adjustable.

Any idea where to get either a dish solution or a mount for a dish?

ebay.

Got a dish for a fiver and a tripod for about a tenner. Alternately for a 'stand' get a cheap whirligig washing line and ditch the clothes line bit.
