Right of way obstruction - law or *what*?
Discussion
Say a 'friend' had a clear and documented right of way over neighbours' property (a shared parking area essentially) to gain access to their own property (rear of the house), which they use lawfully, mainly for parking? Say over a number of years this right of way had been cumulatively obstructed by sheds, fences and cars parked in the face of the rights that legally exist such that free passage was often impossible without requesting folk to move (soon loses its novelty)? Say such requests frequently met a gruff, nay, uncooperative response? Say your friend is a lawyer and feels quite comfortable litigating the point... would you advise *what* as a more reasonable/satisfying/cheaper alternative?
