hi, could anyone tell me how much roughly to supply and fit a new system using the old pipe work and power flushing it. details are as follows,
vailant ecotec 837 condensing,combi boiler
8 new mid sizes radiators with new valves and trv's
2 new chrome towel rails 500-700
wireless programable room thermestat

also take out old water tank and bolier and plumb in shower off the new bolier.

had 1 quote of £3160 + vat = £3700 thought this was a little steep.

many thanks

depending on size or rads you want as that will effect the boiler how many rooms,

genrealy i fit 80.000btu boilers and 7-8rads for 2k with all new pipework run in 22mm .

but like say all depends on what you use boiler for , type of shower etc

you may be able to get cheaper boilers etc that will do the job just aswell imo

Paid roughly £3200 for similar stuff mentioned above but with completely new pipework (& Worcester boiler) a few months back.

Don't get a wireless thermostat, don't get a wireless anything, unless it is solar powered. Get a wired one, fit and forget, no fking about having to change fking batteries, plus it means I won't be able to park outside your house with another one set to the same code and turn your heating on and off biggrin
