What's with the stupid little sketches in between what are supposed to be serious issues?

Program is awful - rogue traders was good, this is tripe.

Only watched it because Yates in Reading was featured (thank god I've never eaten there)

At least with Rogue Traders, there was a possibility of the added bonus of some dodgy geezer lose it with the camera crew.

I mean, it wasn't quite the Cook Report, but they've taken a watchable program and turned it into a poor comedy show. Watched it tonight; during the 30 minute show, there must have been about 10 minutes of what the show was about... rest was pants...

I once raided a very posh restaurant, fantastic front of house, very expensive; I wasn't popular as my officers went straight through to the kitchens (others had gone round the back anyway).

One of them came back out looking quite ill. She had seen a short man stood on half a carcase to gain some height whilst preping food. In the yard were raw chickens lying around. The poor devils eating were paying a lot of money too.

It puts you off a bit. However, there were plenty of others that were really good.
