They are pretty cheap to buy, about US$60,000 (relocating it would cost substantially more), I'm surprised no-one has done it before, especially in the US.

its a hostel, you know for pissed/stoned teenagers/backpackers/gapyeartravellers.

What more do you expect, I've spent time in some right fking dives, this seems nice in comparison!
