Lloyds is pants
Discussion
We had a BDM in from Lloyds today - he stood outside for 10 minutes, then phoned us and asked how to get into the building. We thought he needed directions from the car park so started giving directions, he interrupted with "no, actually get in the building, I'm standing outside"
... erm... you see that bronze coloured knob on the door you are standing in front of - called a door handle - have you tried turning it?
"oh"

Can't be more than six letters? Bo**ocks! My OH's online banking with Lloyds TSB uses a password a lot longer than six letters. And I thought these things were set up so that even employees of the organization couldn't find out customers' passwords.
What's your password again?Davi said:

Perhaps he thought that was his reflection in the glass.Martin T said:

I don't have an account with Lloyds on account of my OH's experiences with them. Yes, they are pants!Simpo Two said:

If I were you I'd borrow £1M and do a runner while you can...Then go and mysteriously die in a canoeing disaster
Then re-appear 5years later

I don't have an account with Lloyds on account of my OH's experiences with them. Yes, they are pants! The final joke was on them,as I made an official complaint, and several of the twunts sent me cheques for £50, as 'compensation' for inconvenience, apologising profusely, and asking if I would reconsider leaving them. Strange, as I had shut the show down and moved on several months before the cheques rolled in.
I can't think what I did to offend them into forcing me out. Good credit, always paid my dues, rarely overdrawn, never tried to claim anything back if I did incur a penalty. We still have a mortgage with them, and at 4.9% fixed for 7 years, I'm not moving that in the near future.

Reminds me of this:
They did.

And they probably laughed long and heartily at the dick head who had gone to all that trouble and made such a prat of himself over 20 squid. The Times said:

Said bank in question kindly moved my address to my estranged hubbies addy. when he left. mr ? moved so Mrs must have gone with him ( didnt bother to check.)
i had to suffer further embaressment of having visa/credit card debits refused etc. as i then lived according to them at an unqualifiying address. Even though i had not moved. They tried to sort it all out and wrote to me at estranged hubbies addy.
they sent him my personal information card details and pin no's..
bearing in mind we were going through a very accrimonious divorce.
it took 3 months to correct their errors.
i kicked up a huge big stink. got compensation for my embaressment and forced them to change procedures.
