It appears a Father's rights group wanted to snatch Blair jr. for a short time to make a point. Is this the same group that put "Batman" on the building ledge a while back?

How conveniant, Fathers for justice is normally a embarassing thorn in the side of this government, looks like they will be declared a terrorist group and sent to an all expenses holiday in guantanamo

Its a fringe group of Fathers 4 Justice but Fathers 4 Justice have condenmed it. Think there might be another thread floating around somewhere.

The TV news have done it to death this lunchtime. Can't be anything important happening in the world.

I can't think that Fathers for Justice would plan this - it would be a terrific own-goal to snatch and terrify a toddler.

Did you see the recent documentary into FFJ? Some serious nutters involved. (As well as some decent genuinely hard done by dads).

How conveinient - police surveillence in a pub.
"Another pint, Osama?"

You couldn't make it up (but maybe a politician, his political police and a newspaper could).

No we're slipping into a recession, have record trade deficit, are loosing one war, about to start another, we have a new prime minister (but that hasn't been announced yet)and people are becoming aware of just how much they're being taxed. Better not talk about that stuff though

Quite true, why the media isnt savaging the government is a mystery isnt it. After the government, i demand to see the media up against the wall, should the revolution come

Like you, when we have a liberal Democrat in office, the media plays very soft with them; always been that way.

Yeah. And Fiona Bruce saying the most appalling things and being allowed to get away with it totally.

What were they saying on GMTV this morning, that the ex-Sweeney bloke agreed with every word? Funny that the police released this story to ONE "newspaper" without a press conference? Sounds like police being in the pay of said paper?

I think that criminal conspiracy investigations should now be underway. I (naively) thought the police were supposed to be above this sort of conniving?

Somebody should stand trial, and I'm not convinced that it should be just a lone DC.

well I for one dont think Tony blairs sone should be Kidnapped.(dont think there was any danger of this anyway)

No he should just be sent to a school where all the teachers have been hand picked by Ruth Kelly.
