New Toilet Seat
Discussion
The only thing I find with some wooden loo seats is that the whole you put your arse over is a lot smaller than i'm used to. I always feel perched on a shelf instead of actually sitting on the seat! Doesn't make for the most comfortable No2. It's hard to really enjoy it when you're not comfy!

You haven't been uncomfortable on the job until you've been to the Italian Mountain ski resorts and used one of their 'hole in the floor setups', no handrail, there I was in ski boots and sallapets, arse out hanging over this hole, terrified of falling over backwards, trying to make sure I achieved a clean drop on target.

Or in Tunisia when Mrs FiF and friend's wife decided that they really needed to visit loo.
The men in the party decided that this was a good excuse to bail out of this shop and go to a hotel but the owner was most insistent that he "had nice clean toilet."
After the :ahem: visit the only word the ladies could find to describe the experience was .............
brown.

The only trouble with wood is if you have one or more gents in the family who 'miss' on a regular basis (not pointing any fingers, but there's just me, my wife and my son and I don't miss), then wooden seats can get, er, 'stained' a different colour in places.
In fact, I'd go as far as to say that wood is perhaps unhygenic in such environments - we must get round to changing ours. (If you have visited our house - don't worry. This is the upstairs loo that guests generally don't use)
How about this one?

Wooden seats are the future.
I quite like the larger area to sit on as it means you can sit for longer before your feet go numb.

Shirley the blokes put the seat up? Wouldn't be any missing then, and if they do, well erm, I think they need to be potty trained again!
