PUB QUESTION???

Ok my locals have both recently barred smoking at the bar no problem with that (and i am a smoker) but as no one now seems to sit at the bar you now seem to spend for ever waiting for a member of staff to mysteriuosly appear from no where to serve you! presumably they think no one is waiting, anyone else experienced this or is it just my part of Essex where the problem exists?

presumably the member of staff is round the back having a fag!
