Bunch of dim-wits who haven't got the intellect to lie properly!

My idea is to 'name and shame' and let Darwinism do its work.

With reference to the claim, I wonder if he followed it through?

That’s the most spurious claim of the lot

One of my criminal clients recently wrote to me asking if he was entitled to compensation from the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority......

He is currently serving a 3 year sentence for robbery, having headbutted a young teenager and stolen his phone.

He escaped from prison and, whilst unlawfully at large, was himself the victim of an assault. Now he wanted compensation....

He probably wasn't too impressed with the letter that I sent back to him.

Cheers

Pat

Why is it, it's always ugly people that either work for these compensation companies or use them to sue people.

I mean....that's what the TV adverts show us!!!

Well you've got to laugh, it's better than with exasperation. Mind you, with the backlog at the CICA he'd no doubt serve his current sentence and end up back inside for something else before they'd even have time to consider his application!

The trouser man has a point.

He paid his taxes and fares.
The service he needed, and had paid for, wasn't there.

Certain sectors (i.e. the government) are getting way to good at taking our money for their services, failing to deliver, and then asking for more.
