Santa pays for your parking ticket?

I just caught the end of the news on telly on Santa going around cars in Birmingham which have received parking tickets and leaving cash on the windscreen to cover the fines much to the bemusement and delight of motorists

Anyone from Birmingham could tell us more about this?

Santa must be loaded!
