There are also many versions of this picture. This and the O RLY images came from the /b/ (random images) forum at 4chan.org. If you value your sanity do not go there, it is very much an underground website and illegal/immoral things of the highest order are posted there. It is also largely unmoderated. This is your only warning.
You might find similar things to this on the more toned down and adult image forum at iichan.net, this is more moderated than 4chan but does occasionally become flooded with 4chan forum goers (known as /b/tards) if the 4chan website goes down. This often happens so fast that posts are created before mods can delete the posts/ban the offenders. Both forums require no account to post there but people are banned by their IP and hostmask (i.e. banned by internet connection)
The 4chan forum however does have one good feature: it is the ultimate in order from chaos and (reasonably) unrestricted free speech. If you can wade through the disgusting porn, illegal hentai, rampant racism, perversion and disturbingly hilarious black comedy there are rewardingly good pictures to be found. Many of the posters there are also masters of fast photoshop and I have seen one picture photoshopped well over 100 different ways in less than 20 minutes, purely by the often seemingly mindless posters suddenly deciding to work together. I have a considerable number of images in a dedicated /b/ folder on my server, and this is why I am one of the more sensible members of the forum.
