Just thinking about what I've had to eat today, and how much it must seem like when written down. What have you eaten today?

Bowl of Fruit & Fibre.

Apple and a banana.

Sweet and sour chicken with lots of noodles and vegetables.

Beef sarnie with mustard.

Two satsumas.

Chicken curry with rice and a few bits of salad.

Two litres of water consumed throughout the day, two fruit smoothies, a pint of milk, a can of Pepsi Max and a glass of red wine.

Sending to cambodia will piss him right off then since he is in Vietnam.

Heard he prefers asian dishes anyway, Sum yung chik or something like that

I was "popping" cod liver oil for a while...

(Don't laugh - it's not just good for old folks)!

But it gives me horrible, fish-flavoured indigestion.

So I guess I'll just have to go senile.
