This girls up for ABH, and is told to wear a tag, but she's argued that it doesn't look good with her skirt!

A sensible judge would say "Ok, 2 years inside then. Take her down."

You notice she is on bail for GBH, and this judge thinks she should be left to roam wherever she wishes

Could I point out that she hasn't been found guilty of anything yet.

If found guilty I reckon they ought to increase her sentance for not complying with the bail terms (and you thought I was going to say something wiberal there, eh?)
