What cut is it?

That will define how to cook it more than anything.

Cut it into steaks, smear a couple of steaks in honey and add 1/2 dozen cloves to each ( pushed into the flesh ) cook in foil with a slice of lemon for 20min at 220 degrees, then open up the foil for a further 5min of cooking time to let them brown a little.

Yummy.

On the package "2 Tesco Boneless salmon fillets".

I like the idea of new pots with it but i need sauce to big it up.

Fillets, boo...

Steam or cook in foil with a few herbs and a few fennel tops.

Alternatively slice them longitudinally and wrap it around monkfish secure with cocktail stick, few herbs and a bit of butter between the two fish pieces, steam.

Jobs a goodun.

If you're dead set on sauce, make sure its very very light.

Wrap in foil with some olive oil, lime juice and a few chopped fresh chillies (no seeds) and bake for about 20 minutes at 220C

This may sound heretical.... But you could cut it into cubes brown it well in a pan, and make a fish curry with it.

Pop the tin in the fridge, then make some nice sarnies with it for tea.

Sorry that was me that left it - I wouldn't eat it if I were you. I found it hanging out of a glory hole.

Something fishy.

What about if your passenger was a psychopathic freaking freak-ass who poisons cab drivers by leaving arsenic-laden high-quality fresh food ingredients on their seats?

I can see the headlines already.

What would we call the inevitable Hollywood blockbuster of this murderous madigan?

1. Swordfish 2 (if your taxi was a TVR)?
2. Sal-mon to watch over me?

Anything else?

What would the theme tune be?

Who would be the lead actors?
