Does anyone have any contact details for lastminute? Phone/email address?

A great site when you want to book something, but when you have a problem/complaint there is no way to get in touch! The email link from their site does not work.

Thanks in advance.

Steve,

I was in the same boat as you. Made a reservation at a 5* Hotel. Hotel was awful! Really bad, someone forgot to tell LM that it wasnt a 5* and they were only going for 5* in 2007!

I complained to the hotel on the grounds that it was bringing bad publicity to the Hotel with LM using them. I got a refund from LM and a free night a a real 5* hotel.

A girl in the office has the number for their complaints department, I will get back to you.

Exactly the same. Booked a 5* hotel in Madrid for a couple of nights (20th Wedding anniversary). Hotel OK, but very hot and stuffy because "we only have the aircon switched on in the summer, sir" ffs. Hardly a pleasant ambiance for some horizontal jogging!

And they failed to mention that the covered parking they offered was 20 euros per day.

Still, I`ll give LM a chance to see what they come up with. It must be difficult for them to monitor every hotel they list.

I`ve now rung them ad they say to write in.......

watch this space.

I will not use LM again, when you think about it they are providing a service a rock bottom price, sometimes anyway, so something has to be sacreficed somewhere.

Having spoken to the hotel they told me they will always match LM prices, which is why LM do not always mane the hotels.

Glad you have the number, the girlie here with the number is off today.

as an aside, the lane-foxes who (used to at least) own lastminute.com were TVR people .. used to service their car at HHC many years ago.
