Ebay UK, How to contact by phone????

Hi all,

I need to contact eBay (UK) fairly urgently by telephone, I have seen the telephone number on their site somewhere, which I seem to remember was only available four hours a day.....


Anybody know it???

Yes, I need to contact somebody too.

I had a non-payer and I informed e-bay but it hasn't taken all the fees off my account. I thought informing e-bay on-line of non-payment would automatically cancel the fees but it hasn't.

if you struggle to contact them by phone, if you go on ebay.com (rather than co.uk) they have a facility where you can email them in a forum type & instantly get reply/help

Just spoke to somebody at E-bay on that number.

What you do is Click "Help"

Then safety centre,

Then suspicious account activity,

Then report problem,

Then access help pages,

Then click live help option (on the computer)......

Available 2pm to 6pm
