I overheard some saddo calling his car a "babe magnet" at work today. Seemed like nothing special to me, but it got me wondering.......

Chaps ....is your car a "babe magnet" and if so, why?

Ladies....as you`re the "babes", what attracts you (geddit)?

Not some sad old git who thinks his car is a babe magnet that's for sure.

If I want a nice car I'll buy it myself thanks.

Also to me if a guy needs a car to attract a girl, then he's got serious self esteem issues, which is very unattractive, unless you're still a silly kid, in which case nuff said....

Any vehicle driven by a very very rich man. The inverse nagging to stupidity law also applies. ie the richer the man the more stupid the babe and the more she nags.

As I am poor I hope it works like that anyhow.

Towman - did he drive a Saab per chance?

No car will ever attract me to a bloke - if it does I am interested in the car and not the bloke and I am working out how to get him out of the driving seat and me behind the wheel.

TBH anyone who thinks of his car as a babe magnet deserves the shallow type of girl it will attract.

Just my 2p

Easy answer

Me

I make a car a babe magnet, I have to pull the buggers off half the time as they're all stuck to the bonnet, it's hard being so bloody gorgeous, i wouldn't wish it upon anyone

Why? Do you know someone who has both the car and the sad attitude?

The new VW Bug is an absolute babe magnet. If you had this car and a puppy...well, you'd need a stick to beat the babes away. In fact, it's not only a babe magnet, it's also a hunk magnet, an old person magnet, kid magnet, geek magnet...you name it. You can't help but smile and stare when you see one driving by.

I sort of hate the car/bird attraction thing....I have had a few Porkers in my time and borrowed some even sillier cars against these, you sometimes get a reaction from women from either deliberatly pretending not to notice you to flashing you at the traffic lights...sounds great...but shocking when it happens.

I have an immaculate old Morgan, I have had it forever and will never sell it....it is not that flash and doesn't seem to upset people...more women come approach the car,,,ask to sit in it,,,go for a drive or have their photo taken by it than any car I have had.
Is it a babe magnet,,,,,very odd to think that it is???!!!

I think blokes think differently, a Bishi Evo7 with huge spoilers all the letters on the back may appear phallic, but young ladies are probably more interested in a nice Morris Minor Convertible on a sunny day.

I don't know the answer to the post, because I buy my cars for more personal and selfish reasons

Fits nicely with the "silly little girl" comment earlier!
