Another Labour con trick

So we are being warned Council tax will have to rise 10% this year. In the next breath a spokesman said last years increased government contribution was to "get thru the election year".

There was alot of warning before the election that if Labour won, large tax rises would be needed to cover their spending plans. They won the election anyway and now we shall pay the price.

it's only quoted at 10% so everyone breaths a sigh of relief when they only manage to actually get a 6% increase through.
