A man has been shot by a gang wearing Halloween masks who shouted "trick or treat" before shooting their victim in the doorway of his Merseyside home.

So no doubt that was a drug shooting, or something... I would suggest the masks, and halloween were a great time to do it. Now remember, these crimes are rare, so good night, and don't have nightmares...
