Good ghost/supernatural novel

[gbbird]

What with the dark nights and Halloween etc, I quite fancy getting stuck into a good supernatural/ghost novel.

Can any PHers recommend some good ones?

I read one years ago that I remember was good. 'The stalking' and 'The Talisman' by Robert Faulcon... I thought it was very good at the time...
(Nighthunter series, it was 2 books in one volume when I read it. The stalking, and The Talisman.)
