I paid my first visit to the IMAX cinema yesterday, since my wife and I were in central London on work business anyway.
My first reaction was wow, is this the future of cinema. 15 minutes later I was starting to feel sick, maybe motion sickness?
Has anyone else had a similar reaction?

I remember at Flamingo Land (north yorkshire) they have a hemisphere projected cinema there playing some footage from a roller coaster and you could feel yourself swaying as you went around the corners and little adrenalin rushes in advance of the big dips. A very weird and fun experience.

Good date then?
It was OK
It was lovely weather to have a stroll from Russel Square to the Imax.

Now is there something 'funny' about Russel Sq? Some bloke was looking in all the phone boxes at the weekend and then asked us for directions..... I have my suspicions

Excellent! I feel bad now, but I was actually making a poor joke related to anniesdad's post.

I feel a bit dizzy sometimes if I sit too close to the monitor while playing Nurburgring-from-the-front-of-a-car videos.
