Tropical fish PH people.. a question.. how long are you happy to leave your little slippery friends without giving them food?

A couple of days is no prob, however i use the "vacation fish food"
it's a block that slowly disolves food in the water.
hope that helps

I leave mine for 2 weeks with no food, is that why they die?

Realy though, feed them every other day and once a fortnight with frozen bloody stuff- worms?
My crab feeds on the fish though, he devoured a huge dead fish in just a few hours, couldnt even rescue him as crabby had hold of it! Ive tried those vacation blocks but they dont last however long they say on the packet.

Mine get fed when I remember, they usually survive.

I normally ask freinds etc to fed when I'm away and I leave small packets for the days I'd like them fed.

My pet bearded clam prefers a good stroke to a feed.
