Has anybody had the 'chain email' asking you to forward it to 10 people plus the Sainsburys Customers service email to get £60 of vouchers. Obviously B******s but wondered what the motive is: crash the Sainsburys server or get loads of email addresses for mischief/sale?
yep - i figured it was to mashup the servers...
Not had one, but this is posted on the tvrcc forum.
Please be aware there is a hoax email being circulated which appears (very convincingly) to be from Sainsbury’s offering £50 in vouchers if you pass the email on to 10 other people.
This email has been confirmed to be a hoax and has NOT been sent by Sainsbury.
If you receive an email like this please delete it immediately and DO NOT send it on. It is designed to spread like a virus by convincing email users themselves to pass it on to their friends, without the need to attack your computer!
Hope this helps

THIS IS NOT A CHAIN LETTER!
***********
Please take this chain letter and send it on to NOT LESS THAN twenty eight of your friends / colleagues / neighbors for much Happyjoyjoygoodluck, within thirty years of receiving it. If you do, wonderful and benign happy things will befall you and your friends and family, if you have any. If you delete this message, terrible, almost biblical events will come to pass. Look! At these TRUE LIFE examples:
**Mr Todd-Boy Vertigo of Little Rock, Arkansas sent this message to every single person in his e-mail address book, and within two hours his dog had been run over by a juggernaut and killed, which was remarkable because he lived on a houseboat. But! He had always secretly wanted a cat. What Goodluck!
**Mrs Listeria Teen-Angst of Little Rock, Arkansas deleted this message. She suddenly noticed blood seeping from under the kitchen door. When she went to check, it turned out to be a chicken she had left defrosting which had leaked. A lifelong smoker, she died of lung cancer just 23 short years later. Such Badluck.
**Mr Flymo Cunnilingus of Little Rock, Arkansas sent this message to all the other inmates on Death Row in Jerky County Penitentiary. He was due to be executed by electrocution, but thanks to this joylovemessage, escaped this grisly fate - he was instead executed much more humanely by lethal injection. Luckylucky man!
**Mrs Krakatoa Powermower of Little Rock, Arkansas deleted this message. Suddenly, almost immediately, nothing happened. But then, gradually, over a period of time which amounted to the rest of her life, she was overcome by old age and died prematurely at the age of 93. Unluck, unluck.

Do not delay! You MUST claim your goodluck by sending this message to everybody you know!
PS. The CIA HAVE TO give you $1.50 every time you send this message. IT'S THE LAW! My friend is studying Law while he is in prison and he says its TRUE and a FACT.
PPS. For every 10 times this message is sent, Bill Gates HAS TO donate part of his body to a sick orphan in need of a transplant. Remember, this is true because Microsoft have SECRET and SHADOWY ways of monitoring our EVERY MOVE.
