Theres a website dedicated to massively increasing the traffic on fake banks and scam sites. I can't remember the name, someone here will know it. It just sits there in the background, sucking up data and costing all the websites money in the long run. Its not doing anything illegal AFAIK.

Would such a thing be possible to do with the scamera partnership websites?
