Seems that the definition of murder is changing - probably quite rightly so.

Very strange story though:

It was more this comment from the prosecution:

"She could take it no longer and we suggest in effect she gave up her will to live."


Terrible story though - I wonder what the motive/background was?

It's almost an unreal, movie type scenario but totally disgraceful that this sort thing can happen in a so-called 'civilised' country. Guess it isn't anymore.

What did her state of mind have to do with her being murdered? That's what I can't fathom.

Which barrister is claiming this - the prosecuting barrister or the defending barrister?

maybe her state of mind had something to do with her death.

She may have stopped eating for example and that contributed to her dying.

Is it still not clear then that she "died" or was physically attacked in some way first?
