Stolen thunder - grrr

Spent 40 minutes on the phone to Sky waiting to talk to Customer Support.

Agent answers and I'm off - "I've waited over 40 mintues to talk to someone. rant rant"

"Been in all day waiting for an engineer to fix my sky box - why hasn't he rung me blah blah blah."

"Sorry about that sir I'll see what I can do"

3 seconds later - Ding Dong. It's the engineer.

"Christ that was quick" said I.
"Glad I could help" says agent.

Would have ranted at the engineer but he was scouse and I didn't have a translater.

Helpful tho - fixed in 10 mins. Sad thing is I've actually enjoyed finding other things to do instead of watching tv.
