Well ..... the article also says that Greenhouse Gas / CO2 have also caused/contributed to global warming - but I imagine its fecking difficult to prove which is the dominant cause of global warming (?)

If you look at it this way, you'll be able to answer your own question....

97% of greenhouse gas is water vapour...

Of the remaining 3%, CO2 is a part....

Of that insignificant part, 90% of CO2 occurs naturally....

So, man is contributing round about bugger all, or less, of the "problem".

I would really like to find a source for this information. Where did you get that from?

I envisage a set of pie charts wherein the total greenhouse effect due to different components is shown and then subsequent pie charts show for each component the sources, highlighting which are natural and which are man made.

There are fanatics on both sides in this argument.

Some say climate change is all man made, others that it is all natural, due to the sun or some such factor.

They could both be right, the recent rise in temperatures could be a result of both reasons.

What really surprises me is that we are not blaming the rise in the suns temperature on global warming. A missed opportunity to raise taxes even farther.

Please produce some figures of your own then, in order to support your argument.

I recall reports saying that cows and termites fart more greenhouse gasses than cars and industry put together.

Not sure if it's true though.

Personally i think global warming is just a load of hot air.

We all hear about the amounts of "greenhouse" Gases in the atmosphere but how potent is each one?I'm sure that they must all have different "greenhouse capabilities?
