Another "spotted" smiley/piston thingy

PH ought maybe to have a "spotted" forum like they have on some of the car-specific forums. Anyway, yesterday evening I followed a chap in a red 3-series coupe with "go faster" exhaust up the A350 from Lytchett towards Blandford, who had a white PH sticker in his back window. Who be that, then?
