I was just leaving work now when poor old George Best's latest relapse caught my eye on the front page of a copy of the Sun.

Briefly flicking through whilst our systems logged off and shut down, I saw this story.

http://www.thesun.co.uk/article/0,,2-2005460119,00.html

It reminded me of my daughter and her little friend and what rabid barbery stalks the world.

I'll probably be accused of something that typifies the affliction of so many soft, western dispositions whilst all around, there is evil done in our name, directly or indirectly, across the globe and any such exmples may have various levels of validition in argument.

But two wrongs don't make a right and it doesn't take a great deal of consideration to accept that in the context of everyday life, this type of wanton cruelty is a vile affront to a simple, common affinity that 99.9% of folk have to other human beings or as per this case, a common or garden pet.

To this end, I find this most diabolical and hope that the perpetrators one day find a messy demise in the blades of a malhandled chainsaw.

Some bastards simply need putting down.

Thats an utterly vile thing to do. What kind of sick mind derives any sort of pleasure from that?

Its all very well chuckling when one of my cats is chowing down on a freshly killed bird, but at least the bird had a chance.

I hope one day that dog turns on them, as they're filming, and they get a lovely shot of someone's ear being ripped off.

What's there to chuckle about? That's the same thing if you ask me. Going on that logic the cat had a chance, it could have ran the same as the bird could have tried to fly.
I don't see anything funny about any animal killing another. It's nature but it ain't funny.

Utterly sickening.

Sterilization needed. Why this society tolerates (and yes it does with our namby pamby legal system) such lowlifes is beyond me.

Nope.. Giving a bird to a cat is the same. The cat did what was natural, although what parrot was doing chuckling at it I don't know.

This is more common than you think. In the poorer parts of the West Mids its common to see Staffs Bull Terriers with signs of "cat damage" (eye missing for example) as a result of this sort of evil barbarity.

I actually saw my cat in the garden along with a fox.. I was about to run out to scare off the fox, fearing for my cat, when my cat gave the fox the biggest beating! He went mental, and said fox ran off with tail betweeen its legs.. I was proud, and a bit worried all at the same time! I like foxes too!

Wild animals will try and avoid fighting if possible. If your injured in a fight then survival is doubtful.

My cat used to beat up next door's Jack Russell. Mind you he is a bit of a heavy weight.

Poor girl must be totally traumatised tho' - these thugs need shooting or stick them in the stocks and pelt them with dog poo.

Absolutely disgraceful and makes me sick to my stomach. They should lock scum like this up in a room with their own dogs when the dogs are hungry.

Not to hijack the thread, but a cat or dog killing a small animal is defending its territory or "hunting", as their natural, wilder instincts emerge that way. This is not to say that your pet should be allowed to hunt someone elses because it's natural. They have to be taught the rules for the "pack" they live in (the human one).

I see the difference because people who are cruel to animals are not hunting them for food, and not clearing them out of their territory (like shooting crows with a b-b gun)--I mean the cruelty serves no purpose but their own sick entertainment of the suffering itself.

They are the beginning of psychopaths. Saw a special on TV about some kids, years back, where they'd video taped themselves hurting some animals, but eventually kids like that move on to larger things. They're the ones who grow up to be serial killers. Seriously.

I hope they get prosecuted to the fullest extent, and that someone will realize the significance of what they're doing and keep a close watch on them. People are always saying that you never know a serial killer until they get caught and find out they've had this double life, or you never know who's going to go on a killing rampage....well here's our before-hand knowledge. So nip it in the bud.

Tie down, legs apart, two half bricks (not too big, don't want it to end too quickly) and start drumming. C*nts.

I agree, Gazboy. The boys weren't actually torturing the cat themselves, but the way they trained the dog, the arrangement of it all, really is just the same as though they were the ones killing the cat with their own hands. Frankly, I'm still reeling, speechless, at how horrible and gross that is. They aren't just punks or bullies in the playground, but budding murderers. They do it for thrills, and it will only get worse unless someone stops them.

Btw, they weren't Pit Bulls, as the youngest APBT's would be atleast 14 years old, and that picture is of a Staffordshire Bull Terrier (not the same thing as a APBT), nice picture too did they kick it up the arse when they took that shot?

Btw2: Condolences to the family and little girl.

I know what your saying, the dog was not identified, and the picture used was used to create a response
