Did you collect Panini Football stickers ?

Of course you did !

This should bring the memories flooding back, got, got, need, need, need, need.

The smell as you peel them off, opening a pack and finding a 'shiny', and the feeling of jealousy as the rich kid comletes the album 3 weeks into the season .....

I am starting to think that my irrational hatred of football comes from emotional torment at the hands of Panini.

I was born in the late 50s and collected them - I still have my World Cup 1970 album somewhere.

I was born in the late 60s and collected them too....

So the dreadful things seem to tumble down the decades like a bucket of shit down a flight of stairs.

Cheers

And I never completed my 1970 album either. I still have yawning gaps - anyone want to swap a spare Bobby Moore for Chumpitas (Peru)?

Born in the early '80s, but I remember the world cup Italia '90 and USA '94 collections. After that I was too old for them.

Unless the bakery pee in the bread dough....

Do you get the Mayo team with the Gaelic Football Panini stickers then?
