wall to wall in Stevenage, I can see the Sleazyjets going over but above that - zilch. I suppose it may just get a bit gloomy instead - just reinforces that Monday morning feeling so time for a coffee and Kitkat

scared but happy

Suffolk's nice and bright.
The total eclipse in Cornwall was fantastic. Our claim to fame was our car being on the 6:30 news (with zillions of others) as we were travelling down there.

Now where did I put my glasses

didn't get a sniff, it's amazing how often the weather blots out astronomical events where I live(Cambs). The Leonid meteor shower, the best all year, has been clouded out for the last 8 years!

The track of totality was southeast to northwest centered on southern Spain so maybe Holland was too far northeast to see any noticable effect. I see your dream garage has a Facel Vega HK500, my dad has a Facellia in has garage awaiting restoration - a little baby campared to the big V8 jobbies!!

Nice view of it in Kent this morning.

Used a piece of card with a very small hole and projected the image 4 feet away onto a white sheet of paper.

Nice and clear.

It looked very impressive!
