Foriegn advert on PH

Well somebody had to ask and it might as well be me:D
What is Orexis, it is advertised on here in french and chinese it is two blue tablets, and the advert features a bloke in bed with a woman standing over him.
Is it an advert for dodgy foriegn viagra:D Oh and whats it gotta do with cars:hehe:.

AAh good man thats sort of what I thought it was.(still should be in english)Why do they advertise on a sportscar website do they think sportscar owners have sexual problems.
